Terms & Returns

CIC shop values all customers and want them to feel confident when ordering everyday essentials returns
from our online shop. Our ideology is to work hard and get it right for you. Unfortunately there
may be the odd ocassion things can go wrong.

  • You may have a product that is faulty
  • A product the wrong size
  • You may have simply changed your mind about the product
  • Or have a diierent querry

The only thing you need to know is CIC are here help !
Each return will be dealt with as quick as possible be it a refund or replacement.

 

Simply follow the process below please.

  1. Contact CIC by email and tell us about your products problem with as much information as
    you have.We will email you back on how we can resolve the problem.
  2. If asked to. Please return your product to our address below with your order details enclosed.
    Please use a tracking system if you are returning a product of high value.
  3. Once we have recieved the item back, we will submit your refund or replacement which ever
    has been agreed.

 

Other important information.

  1. If you are not completely satisfied after you have received your CIC order we do allow 14 days
    to return it. Please remember a lot of our clothing and laundry products from the CIC shop are
    unique and hand made. Double checking size and colour before ordering avoids disappointment.
  2. If the item is not suitable or you have ordered the wrong item unfortonately you will have to pay
    for it’s return.
  3. If the item is faulty or incorrect then we will pay for resend and return.
