CIC wants the  customer to be confident when ordering from our store.We know however things can go wrong from time to time, examples being  you may have a product gone faulty,a wrong size product or just simply changed your mind about the product we sent you.The only thing you need to know is we are here help and each return will be dealt with as quick as possible be it a refund or replacement.Just follow the process below.

  1. First of all contact CIC to tell us about the problem with as much information you can by email,we will email you back on how we can resolve the problem
  2. If asked to, please return your product to our address below with your order details enclosed.Please use a tracking system if you are returning a product of high value.
  3. Once the item is back to us we will submit your refund or replacement which ever has been agreed between us
  4. If you are not completely satisfied after you have received your CIC order we do allow 14 days to return it. Please remember a lot of our clothing and laundry products on the CIC site are hand made and pressed so double checking size and color before ordering will benefit both of us.
  5. If the item is not suitable or you have ordered the wrong item you will have to pay for the return. If the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, then we will pay for resend and return
